Establishment

Bluetooling was founded in 2012 as a representative of the Turkish tool and mold makers association (UKUB) in Germany and Central Europe.

After initially cooperation only took place with UKUB members, more companies were soon taken up the offer of Bluetooling, such as in the field of aluminum extrusion and various other due to the market demand.

Meanwhile Bluetooling has four employees (employed and self-employed, others are planned) and cooperates currently with around 10 Turkish companies on a contractual basis.

Joachim Lauff, the owner of Bluetooling, has a degree in materials engineering and a merchant and has spent many years of his previous professional activity in the tool steel industry, of which last 12 years as Managing Director (CEO) for sales, marketing and logistics of Böhler-Uddeholm Germany GmbH Dusseldorf, the former largest distribution company in the Böhler-Uddeholm Group. The professional positions in front were the Uddeholm GmbH, EschmannStahl, Adam Opel AG (development center) and Dörrenberg Edelstahl.
