- Try-out of the mold

- Invoice by Bluetooling, Wiehl, Germany, with German VAT
Service offer when acting as an agent for molds
- Bluetooling submits suggestions for a suitable tool supplier from the audited supplier pool of Bluetooling, depending on the task
- Accompanying the end customer in case of an own audit on the spot
- Validation of offers (if desired)
- Creation of the project plan together with the tool maker
- Accompanying the feasibility study and the tool design
- Support for the design-review meeting
- Supervision of tool manufacturing and, if necessary, discussion of corrective measures
- 14-day progress report with pictures
- Accompanying and support of the customer at try-out date
- Monitoring of any necessary changes
- Delivery of the mold by the tool shop
- Invoice is submitted by the mold manufacturer to the customer
Another cue for possible changes or modifications to the finished form:
Necessary changes (in the sense of elimination of possible defects) or modifications of the die at the request of the customer are organized by us fastest possible. Depending on the cost and time situation, this work is carried out either with partner companies in Europe (for example in Germany) or with our Turkish mold-making partners.
